Photo Release: Horton 100-Year Birthday

Labette Community College wished Mrs. Rita Horton of Parsons a happy birthday with a 100-year birthday t-shirt, other 100-year swag, and a surprise visit from “Chris the Cardinal” last week. Of course, the two young birds had to snap a photo together since they both turned 100!
