That's where FBLA Collegiate comes in, by taking advantage of the many programs FBLA Collegiate offers, business students acquire the skills that will set them apart from the average business graduate. Members learn through participating in a variety of activities that help them hone their skills, while contributing to the improvement of the community in which they live, their school, and their chapter.

2025 Kansas State Leadership Conference
LCC Future Business Leaders of America Collegiate (FBLA) attended the Kansas State Leadership Conference February 22, 2025 at the University of St. Mary in Leavenworth. The following students received the below listed awards to qualify to compete at the National Leadership Conference in May/June being held in Dallas, Texas.
2025 National Leadership Conference
Students from Labette Community College (LCC) attended the Future Business Leaders of America, Inc. (FBLA) National Leadership Conference (NLC). The event was held in Dallas, Texas, May 31 through June 2 and attracted more than 1,000 college students, educators and volunteers from across the country.
2024 Kansas State Leadership Conference
The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Collegiate group from Labette Community College (LCC) recently participated in the Kansas State Leadership Conference held at Pittsburg State University. The team, consisting of students Ty James, Mia Howard, and Jackson Fugate, competed in several events and all three qualified to compete in the National Leadership Conference scheduled for June.
2023 NATIONAL Leadership Conference
Students from Labette Community College (LCC) attended the 2023 Collegiate National Leadership Conference of Future Business Leaders of America, Inc. FBLA, the nation's largest Career and Technical Student Organization focused solely on business. The event, held in Atlanta, Georgia, June 22-25, attracted more than 800 college students and educators from across the country.
2023 Kansas State Leadership Conference
The Labette Community College Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Collegiate attended the State Leadership Conference at Pittsburg State University held March 5, 2023. Four LCC students competed in various competitions with each qualifying to compete at the National Leadership Conference in June to be held in Atlanta, Georgia.
