PR Class Hosts 5K Glow Run to Benefit LCC Student Food Pantry

Over 100 runners/walkers participated in the Labette Community College Public Relations class “Miles for Meals 5K Glow Run” held April 15th in Forest Park. The 5K, designed to raise awareness about food insecurities among college students, packed the LCC Pantry for a week and raised approximately $1300 to purchase additional items for the Pantry in the future.
