    5. UPON CONFIRMATION of degree requirements and clearance of all financial delinquencies, degree diplomas will be mailed by the end of June. All degree candidates should make sure their correct diploma mailing address has been given to the Registrar's Office. This is essential for ensuring timely receipt of your diploma, particularly if you will be moving from the Parsons area following graduation.

In order to obtain either official or unofficial copies of transcripts, all financial obligations to Labette Community College must be cleared.

For an unofficial copy of your transcript, you may print one from your RedZone Account. You will need your username and password to access your Redzone account. If you need help with this, contact Computer Support at ComputerSupport@labette.edu or call 620-820-1146.

To obtain an official copy of your LCC transcript, all students must complete an official transcript request and pay the required transcript fee. This link will take you to the National Student Clearinghouse, which provides this service for LCC. The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online. Please make sure to select “Mail after degree is posted’ when submitting transcript requests to ensure any degrees earned will be included.

Students will receive notification from the Registrar indicating whether they have met the degree requirements. If requirements have been or will be met by the end of the following fall semester, additional graduation information will be sent to the Eligible Graduate.

Degrees are awarded two times a year, December/Fall term and May/Spring term, to students who have met all requirements.
