Cardinal Villas Ribbon Cutting

Parsons, KS— A new student housing development is complete for Labette Community College, known as the Cardinal Villas. Students moved into the 144 bed student housing complex in August.
The Cardinal Villas, built by Bluffstone LLC, includes student-centric living quarters with common indoor amenities. The common indoor area consists of the manager’s office, mailboxes, social room / recreation center, and a 24-hour fitness center along with study rooms and laundry facilities. Bluffstone, a regional student housing provider with properties throughout the Midwest, specializes in amenity rich apartment complexes for small colleges and universities.
“The Cardinal Villas provides students the opportunity for safe, affordable, on-campus student housing which our students have needed for many years,” said LCC President, Dr. Mark Watkins.
Labette Community College, the Parsons Chamber of Commerce, and the Cardinal Villas invite the public to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, October 16 from 11am-12pm. The ceremony will take place on the corner of 14th & Main, with a reception following.
