LCC Radiography Places at State Competition

Parsons, KS- The Labette Community College 2nd year Radiography Students, Director of Radiography and faculty attended the 82nd Annual Kansas Society Radiologic Conference & Competitions in Wichita, Kansas on March 28-29.
Several LCC students earned a top three place during the conference.
“Our students represented the Radiography program and LCC very well,” said Director of Radiography, Gale Brown. “Their effort in the classroom was reflected in the competition events.”

Anterior Oblique Ribs: 2nd Place: Cheyenne Thomas
Scientific Exhibit Competition Winner:
Shelby Gilstrap: 2nd Place, “Charcot Foot”
Rachel Dare: 3rd Place, “Gorham Stout Disease”
KSRT Ray Bowl Competitions:
Jennifer Campmier, Rachel Dare, & Darby Dillman : 2nd Place Team
