LCC Seeking Van Meter Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award Nominations

Labette Community College is now taking nominations for the 21st Annual William and Allene Guthrie Van Meter Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award. The deadline for nominations is August 1, 2021.
The purpose of this Award is to recognize alumni of Labette Community College who have distinguished themselves in their profession and/or community. Eligible recipients for this award include; any nominee that has graduated from LCC and has been an alumnus of five plus years and ideally someone of 50 years of age or less at the time the award is presented. The selection criteria the nominee should posses include; having some type of distinguished accomplishment(s) in the nominee’s field of work and demonstrating outstanding citizenship qualities that benefit community, state, or nation.
