Enrollment Procedures
Thank you for your interest in Labette Community College. We consider it a privilege to assist you as you pursue your academic goals. Please follow the steps below to complete the Admissions process.
New Students - have not attended LCC previously:
- Complete the Admissions Application:
- Online at http://redzone.labette.edu/ics/Admissions
It is necessary to complete all of the application. Some data items are essential for institutional purposes, others are required by the Kansas Board of Regents and/or State Legislature. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. - International Students, complete the international student application.

Once you have submitted your application and transcript(s), you may discuss enrollment with an Advisor.
- If you submit your application/transcript(s), the Admissions Office will assist you with information regarding contacting an advisor for your major. Please contact the Advising Center at enroll@labette.edu.
- Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for initial enrollment.
- *Official transcripts from all prior colleges/universities, as well as high school, must be sent to Registrar.
Returning Students - previously attended LCC:
- Contact the Admissions Department to update your demographic information on file and confirm the major listed is correct. The Admissions Department can be reached by calling 620-820-1264 or emailing admissions@labette.edu
- Send any updated *official transcripts to the Registrar’s Office for processing. Your academic advisor will need access to your most recent transcripts in order to enroll you into classes at Labette.
- Schedule an appointment with your advisor, at enroll@labette.edu.
- Submit the LCC scholarship application.
- Complete the Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA) application online at studentaid.gov.
- For enrollment, add/drop deadlines, refund dates, etc. consult the Academic Calendar.
*Official – In order to be considered official, transcripts must be sent through the National Student Clearinghouse, by Parchment, or mailed by your high school and/or previous college. If mailed, it needs to be signed and sealed with a graduation date.
