Rianna Kenkel was sent to 'jail' at the Monopoly themed 17th Annual Labette Community College Foundation Auction for Scholarships

Joan Thompson, Parsons, looks at pottery pieces with Jr. Cardinal Clay Class participants Josie Kendrick and Shealeigh Clark. The clay class is was held for area students ages 7-12 at the Labette Community College art studio. LCC art instructor, John Ford and assistant instructors Jody Thompson and Sami Ford, guide students through the process of drawing, pottery work and the firing process during the month long course. The students held an art show on Tuesday, June 28. The clay class is offered free to students through a grant from Union Pacific Railroad Foundation to support a fine arts program for youth.
