LCC Wrestling Team to Host Annual Golf Tournament

Labette Community College's Wrestling Team is excited to announce its Annual Golf Tournament, which will take place on Saturday, June 22, at the Prairie Ridge Golf Course in Erie, KS. This event promises to be a fun-filled day for golf enthusiasts and supporters of the wrestling program alike.
The tournament will follow a 4-person scramble format, making it accessible and enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels. Participants are encouraged to form teams and compete for a variety of prizes. Registration will begin at 8:00 AM, with tee-off at 9:00 AM.
“We are thrilled to host this event again this year,” said Head Coach Jeff Vesta. “It’s a fantastic opportunity for the community to come together, enjoy a day of golf, and support our wrestling program. The funds raised will directly benefit our student-athletes and help enhance our training and travel opportunities for competitions.”
Prairie Ridge Golf Course, known for its scenic views and challenging layout, provides the perfect backdrop for this exciting tournament. In addition to the main event, there will be various on-course contests as well as a raffle with great prizes.
