Improve the deliberate communication with prospective students
Review current daily procedure in Admissions – look for issues or what can be added or changed.

After the All LCC presentations explaining Strategic Enrollment Management to the faculty and staff, employees volunteered to serve on the various subcommittees.
An initial Recruitment Subcommittee meeting was held in May to begin discussions. The subcommittee did meet a second time during the summer.
Some simple activities to help with SEM goal attainment were created for the start of the Fall 2021 semester, such as the “Ask Me – How Can I Help?” buttons for staff.
