Held three advising roundtables in the fall.

The Advising Flowchart is on hold as the college is reallocating resources to create an Advising Center with three staff members starting in Summer 2022. Therefore, the Onboarding Committee is pausing this effort to involve the new staff in the process.

The short-term and long-term activities were determined during the past quarter. They were as follows:
Develop and execute a monthly Advising Roundtable Event.
Develop schedule and topics to begin roundtables in February.
Develop an active advising “flowchart” for advisors.
Review past LCC resources.
Use LSU flowchart as an example.
September 2021
During the August 2021 inservice, the Onboarding Subcommittee met to begin brainstorming short-term and long-term activities to support the goals of the SEM Plan. The committee will narrow down the activities and begin to implement them in the next quarter.
June 2021
After the All LCC presentations explaining Strategic Enrollment Management to the faculty and staff, employees volunteered to serve on the various subcommittees.
An initial Onboarding Subcommittee meeting was held in May to begin discussions. The subcommittee did meet a second time during the summer.
